About Mark Brancato

As the owner of Mastercare (as well as through having worked in various levels of Construction Management for large Construction Firms) Mark Brancato has amassed 24 years of experience in both Commercial and Residential Construction and Design. A true perfectionist, Mark insists on being personally involved in every project that his company undertakes.


A consummate Construction Management Professional, Mark Brancato's experience is characterized by a strong commitment to quality and safety, as well as a keen awareness of factors impacting profitability and effective time management. His extensive knowledge and experience enables him to manage and direct all stages of total project lifecycles ranging from raw land stage through Final Walkthrough and Approval for a diverse base of Residential, Commercial, Governmental and Institutional Clientele.


Through his meticulous methods and remarkable eye for detail, he has managed to deliver, to the satisfaction of Clientele, Employers, and Regulatory Agencies, projects valued at up to $800 Million for the Commercial Sector, as well as Residential Projects with a market value exceeding $35 Million for a single unit. A firm believer in hands-on involvement, Mark has personally trained Punch List Crews and Building Owner's Staff Members on Stone Countertop repairs, as well as Wood Flooring Touch Ups and Repairs using both proven and personally developed techniques. A strong team leader, Mark works side-by-side with his crew members, assisting them with Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and Tile work, as well as other trades, offering each of them the benefit of his experience.Clients and Corporations will attest to Mark's high level of professionalism, his meticulousness and his intense dedication to his craft. Through a wealth of industry knowledge and by possessing a driven work ethic, Mark established his original company, Mastercare Home Improvements. The company started out as an Exterior Construction company and soon graduated to inclusive high-end interiors. While completing these projects, Mastercare's business expanded and continued to prosper through the completion of high-end work commissioned by the Executives of Major Corporations. Now Mastercare Home Improvements has expanded once again to become Mastercare Design and Construction, LLC., and is offering more services than ever in both the Commercial and Residential Sectors.

Mark's Project


Silver Towers Project - 42nd St and 11th Ave in Manhattan (for Gotham Construction Company)

Served as Project Superintendent on this Silverstein project consisting of two 60 story high Residential towers featuring first level retail space, A courtyard between both towers, a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, and an underground parking garage. Supervised the completion of high-end apartments with all work executed ahead of scheduled tenant move in dates.


One Hanson Place- Manhattan - (for Hunter Roberts Construction Group of New York)

Served as Lead Interior Superintendent - Responsible for the construction of 179 high-end Residential Condominiums on a $100 Million project. Mark worked directly with the Developer and new homeowners dealing with all trades from beginning layout to homeowner move in.


The Plaza New York City - Manhattan - (for Tishman Construction of New Jersey)

Served as Lead Interior Superintendent - Supervised the construction of 10 ultra high-end combo units.


One Spring Street - New Brunswick, New Jersey - (for Tishman Construction of New Jersey)

Served as Lead Superintendent (Interior and Exterior) - A 120 unit, 25 story new Construction consisting of 4 floors of Commercial/ Retail Space core and shell, and 20 floors of Residential Luxury Condominiums. This $50 Million project was ready for occupancy on time and under budget in 2006.


Paulis Hook Terminal/Water Pavillion - Jersey City Waterfront - Goldman Sachs - (for Tishman Construction of New Jersey)

Served as Superintendent - A completely new mixed-use one story Ferry and Ancilliary Services facility for the New York Waterway and Liberty Helicopters, located on a pier on the Hudson River.


North Beach Project - Asbury Park, New Jersey

Served as Superintendent/Assistant Project Manager - (for Tishman Construction of New Jersey) - Construction of 157 new Town Houses located in Asbury Park. Situated on the oceanfront, this luxurious new development represents the town's commitment to the growing trend toward its revitalization. Also served as both Interior and Exterior Superintendent pushing the project forward thrpough to the first building's Certificate of Occupancy.


FBI Facility - Newark, New Jersey

Served as Superintendent - (for Tishman Construction of New Jersey) - Supervised the construction of this 12 story building from foundations to exterior work to all interiors. Project completed on time and within budget.


Continental Airlines Global Gateway Program - Newark, New Jersey

Served as Lead Superindendant - (for Tishman Construction of New Jersey) - Supervised and directed all phases of the complex's renovation and expansion project, supporting an initiative to modernize Terminals A and C. The scope of work entailed a two-story, 10,000 square foot addition, a new outbound bridge facility and systems, several new President's Club facilities, four passenger loading bridges, a new Security Checkpoint, additional restrooms, and twelve new ticket booths. A total construction cost of $40 Million.


ADP Building - Parsippany, New Jersey

Served as Superintendent - (for Tishman Construction of New Jersey) - Construction of a five floor Commercial fit out for ADP. Each floor was 35,000 square feet, consisting of offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and a Main Lobby. Project was completed on time and within budget.


AT&T - Middletown, New Jersey

Served as Exterior/Interior Superintendent - (for Sordoni Skanska) - This $300 Million project consisting of four twelve-story buildings, two parking structures, and the gut and fit out of an existing one million square feet of office space. Each of the twelve-story buildings were 250,000 square feet. After the completion of one million square feet of exterior wall on the four buildings, Mark went on to be the Interior Superintendent for the fit out of office space of one of the single twelve-story, 250,000 square foot buildings, which was completed with a Certificate of Occupancy within one year.
